How can we contribute to Education for All?
"Inclusion in Action" is a useful report containing a number of recommendations on how to work with Inclusive Education in practice. The report is recommendable for all people involved with education. *New* Now you can also order a DVD on Inclusion in Action for free.
In 2006 the Atlas Alliance, through our member organisations NFU and NAD, arranged a four day workshop on the topic of Inclusive Education. Over forty participants from eleven countries participated and shared experiences from the field.

The report is written in English, but it will soon also be available in Kiswahili and in Braille.
In addition to the main workshop report an additional report on the workshop methodology (participatory approach) is also available upon request.
NEW - Inclusion in Action on DVD
Would you like to get inspiration or look at examples of how inclusion education can be done in practice? Zanzibar's government and DPOs have prioritised this the last few years. Both the reprThe main actors in this process - the Ministry of Education and Vocational Training, ZAPDD and NFU, have produced a DVD on the experiences. The DVD is divided into 6 chapters, and include 2 sessions on 'model teaching' in classrooms. The total length of the DVD is 1 hr 40 min. The DVD is produced by Dr. Roy McConkey, Professor at Institute of Nursing Research, Universityof Ulster.
