Why Princess went to hospital yesterday

Malawi yesterday commented the World Spina Bifida and Hydrocephalus Day at Queen Elizabeth Central Hospital (QECH) in Blantyre. The commemoration was held under the theme Spina Bifida and Hudrocephalus Throughout the Lifespan. Hydrocephalus is a rare condition which results in swelling of the head due to a buildup of fluids around the brain while Spina Bifida is an infection of the spinal chord. Our photojournalist THOKO CHIKONDI captured the event.
