This is a report from a National, representative household survey carried out in Botswana in 2012 – 2014. The study was carried out on behalf of the Norwegian Federation of Organisations of Disabled Persons (FFO), Southern Africa Federation of the Disabled (SASFOD) and Botswana Federation of Disabled People (BOFOD).
For years business and trade has played an increasingly prominent role in Norwegian development policy. The paper discusses the role of businesses as development actors in relation to the promotion of inclusion of persons with disabilities. Report prepared by Fafo - Inger Lise Skog Hansen, mark B. Taylor and Arne Backer Grønningsæter
This study on living conditions among persons with disability in Nepal was carried out in
2014 - 2015. It follows similar studies in seven countries in the southern Africa Region
and is thus part of a large database that can be utilized for international comparison.
The Atlas Alliance is proud to present our 2016 Progress report. 2016 also marks the first year for implementing the ambitious 2030 Agenda for the Sustainable Development Goals (SDGs) – a
framework that recognises meaningful participation and inclusion of persons with disability in all areas of
development and economic growth.
