Inclusive vs. special school – a teacher’s point of view

A chat with teacher Florence Nakabuje in Kampala during the African Forum for the Blind and Partially sightet in Kampala, Uganda, October 2015.

Florence Nakabuje teaches both in a special school for the blind and partially sighted, and in an inclusive school. The latter is organized regionally in Uganda, and the children with special needs may live in dormatories as they still have quite a distance to their home. She has some opinions about the pros and cons for the two solutions.
