Mark Mapemba is a self advocate from Malawi. On June 15 he held a speech on the UN State party meeting about the rights of persons with cognitive disabilities.

Mark Mapemba is part of PODCAM, Parents organisation for disabled children in Malawi, supported by NFU – Norwegian Association for Persons with Developmental Disabilities and the Atlas Alliance. He is also a member of the Incusion International Council.  Follow the link and enjoy his speech
