Together for Inclusion (TOFI) was a unique collaboration that started in 2019 and ended in 2024. It consisted of six Atlas organizations and nine Norwegian NGOs. The co-operation promoted the rights of persons with disabilities in six African countries: Ethiopia, Mozambique, Niger, Somalia, South Sudan, and Uganda.
