Some 11.000 individuals from government, multilaterals, NGOs, DPOs and the private sector attended the four day meeting, and altogehter they delivered more than 1400 commitments to make the world a more inclusive place.
In this report, we look closer at some of these commitments – what they capture, what they miss, and how they can be implemented. We also touch upon some lessons learned at the GDS2022. Hopefully these can be of use as planning starts for the next Global Disability Summit in Germany and Jordan 2025.
